What if you could decide the fate of a Martian frontier story—page by page? Welcome to Iron Dust Chronicles, a dystopian Sci-Fi anthology set in the Martian Frontier, circa 2150, during the dawn of the Martian Revolution. Imagine Mad Max meets Star Wars, with the gritty realism of The Walking Dead—except you control what happens next!
The backstory for Issue #1 involves a kid who steals a rover from his uncle to search for a missing girl in Outrider territory. But where this story goes from here—what characters appear, or remain, what choices are made and their outcomes—is all up to you.
In the Interactive Ink Initiative, every 1-2 pages of the book, a public poll will determine the next twist in the story. When a certain number of votes is reached, the winning decision is integrated and locked into the plot, then inked, colored and lettered. Pages-in-progress will be publicly displayed here, where you can watch the story unfold in real time. Anyone can vote for now, but in the future, voting will be backer-exclusive.
What inspired Iron Dust. When my nine-year-old son, who is by the way also an artist, got really bad pneumonia and had to be leashed to an oxygen tank 24 hours a day, I came up with a comic book cover about a boy on Mars (my son's favorite planet), who also has to wear an oxygen mask while getting into many different adventures. My son, being bored out of his mind from staying home for two weeks, liked the cover so much, we both decided to draw the rest of the book about the boy on Mars. He's already ahead of me by a few pages. I know, I know, his version is much better than mine, but if you guys give me a chance, I'll bring you the best art and story that I can make. Your votes count as much as your dollars for this story to be produced, so demolish those share-and-follow buttons anywhere you can find them. I appreciate you guys!
In essence, it's Your Story, Your Vote. The Martian frontier is yours to explore. Will you shape it… or survive it? Pledge now, Vote, Share, Subscribe and let’s build this world—one page at a time!
Coming Soon from Interactive Ink and J.Case. Story voting polls are now open to the public, so VOTE! by using the link on the bottom of this page! All Rights Reserved.

Aside from “Mr. Twitchums”, the Drifter has no backup. Although it doesn’t smell like Outriders, investigating the wreck can still be dangerous, but also profitable. What should the Drifter do?
